Have you ever been at a loss for words or had no energy to talk? Maybe, you couldn't think of anything more than a syllable as a reply to someone. Well, that was me for the most of last week and this week. I felt like I had nothing to say so I didn't post anything. My blog is supposed to be inspiring but last week I felt like I had nothing inspiring to say. This week, however, I have something to say.

Have you ever had a house full of people? Maybe you have a big family so your house is always full; but for me, I’m used to having a house filled with only three people and two dogs. This week, however, the number went up to nine people and two dogs! In simple terms, we were packed!
How important are your friends to you? Do you have at least one friend you can turn to when the going gets tough? I believe that it's essential in life to have at least one really close friend who you can talk to about anything.
Growing up, friends came in and out of my life. With all the moving I’ve done and the drama you go through while growing up, I always ended up with either one or zero friends. At the end of the day, the only constant people in my life were my parents. It was hard at times, but I don’t regret my life for a minute. Thankfully, YHVH has blessed me with one long lasting friend. That friend is, of course, Anthony. Through thick and thin, we have remained friends, though I’m not too sure how. We live thousands of miles apart and I don’t think we’ve ever spent more than 3-4 hours in person, together! We’re always like two ships passing by the other, but that didn’t stop him from becoming one of my best friends. |
