I will, of course, be seeing most of my friends, which I’m very excited about. Jeremy will be flying down to Texas for a youth event, and of course, to see me. I’m looking forward to seeing him since it’s been over a year since we last saw each other. We have kept our friendship strong over the last year, so I know that we’re going to have a good time together. It’ll be interesting though, because the last time I was with him was at Hershey Park and we both had feelings for one another. Hopefully, it won’t make our time together awkward.
I’m not too sure if I will have a lot of time to hang out with Anthony, which is upsetting, because he’s digging himself into a deep hole at the moment. I know that if I had the chance to talk with him face to face, that I might be able to pull him out. I seem to always arrive back in North Carolina when Anthony needs me, and I know that this is one of those times. I’m just praying that he will be able to switch shifts with someone so that he can meet us at the airport and have a nice meal with me and my parents.
It’s probably a big possibility that I’m also going to see Blake. It’s going to be interesting, especially if Jeremy is there too. It’ll be great to see him because we’ve only hung out once, but I’m also nervous in case he makes a move. He’s a flirt, and I think I might have been playing with his emotions this past year, so I hope I don’t give off the wrong vibe if I do see him. But hey, whatever happens, you readers will be one of the first to know.
It will also be good to catch up on some reading as well. I haven’t read a book in two weeks and I’m starting to feel the withdrawal. On this trip, there will be plenty of time for reading and watching my two new favorite tv shows, The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, in the long car journeys that I will have to endure. I can’t wait to finally catch up with my shows and finish the book I’m currently reading, Testament of Youth. I love the feeling I get when I accomplish a goal that I had set myself!
I think that this trip is going to be the start of the next chapter in my life. I have finished high school and have only a year, fingers crossed, of studying left before I go to university, so this is my time to enjoy life before I’m engulfed in school books yet again.
I’m looking forward to the new experiences and new acquaintances that await once I step off the plane. This is a brilliant time for me to grow even more into the woman I am becoming, find out more of who I am and the path I need to be walking on. I can’t wait to tell you all about my adventures in this next month. Until next week, Bon Voyage!
