So let me give you some background before we get to the miracles part. It’s been a crazy week. First off, my lovely little bunny, Marshmallow, was neutered and I was a nervous wreck. I held him the entire time he was having the op to make sure he had a heartbeat. I’ve never been so worried in my life :P
I think I was so nervous because I’ve raised him since he was four weeks old and we’ve grown a special bond. I’m amazed how well he’s recovering, even though he keeps licking where the stitches are and causing it to bleed a little bit. But what can you do? At least he hasn’t pulled the stitches out like some animals do.
Along with caring for Marshmallow, I have started exercising when I wake up in the morning :) Isabella is also doing it with me, together we are going to have awesome summer bodies! I now drink over a liter of lemon water in the morning, which gives me energy, and then a smoothie at ten o’clock which is full of fruits and good stuff. I’ve gotten Isabella to get off her butt every night too. She is going to walk and jog every other day so that way she can get some more exercise in before having dinner and going to bed. At lunch we’re also starting to go on a short walk to the cute park benches where we read the amazing Romeo and Juliet.
Now, getting to the miracles part! The other thing that’s happened is that my dad’s company is having hard financial times. He’s in America right now trying to raise money so that we can pay our bills and our staff’s wages. It’s been quite stressful on everyone who works in the office and on my parents.
Today was especially difficult as the money still wasn’t in the bank and everyone was getting really anxious. Jessica and her husband were having a really hard time with these delays of finances, while Isabella was trying to stay calm and trusting that God will provide. Here's the miracle part! Sure enough, at lunch Izzy got a call from her mom to tell her that someone was gifting Izzy with a big sum of money. We were over joyed :) Not only did Isabella put her faith in God and not stress to the extremes over money, she was also gifted for having the faith. I couldn’t be happier for her, she really deserves it. :)
I think everyone should learn from Isabella. Not a lot of people today have a real relationship with God and think that just because they pray in the mornings that they’re going to be blessed for believing in God, it doesn’t work like that. Like it says, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain move from here to there and it will obey.” Izzy had faith and because she did she was given the miracle of provision to last her for a month or more.
